Recovery Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Agent to manage delinquent accounts and negotiate payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls and manage emails in a shared group inbox
• Utilize industry knowledge and departmental policies to make appropriate collection decisions
• Perform skip tracing on accounts and participate in special projects as required

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• At least one year of transportation industry customer support experience
• Basic accounting and skip tracing knowledge
• Familiarity with FDCPA and applicable Federal laws
• Proficient computer skills including working knowledge of Google Sheets and Office products
