Recovery Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Agent to assist customers in repaying overdue balances.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and manage a team email inbox
• Negotiate payment solutions with customers to facilitate timely bill payments
• Educate customers about their payment options and account terms

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma and 1-2 years of relevant experience
• At least one year of experience in the trucking or transportation industry
• Basic math/accounting skills and experience with skip tracing
• Knowledge of debt collection laws (FDCPA)
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic computer programs
