Recovery Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the process of tracking unmatched repayments, the full-time Recovery Analyst will work remotely to investigate issues, communicate with partners and employers, and contribute to financial reporting and reconciliation efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Review unmatched repayment summaries to identify root causes and prioritize issues for resolution
• Engage directly with partners and employers to resolve discrepancies while keeping relevant teams informed
• Conduct month-end recovery reporting and manage aged accounts receivable summaries

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in collections, data analysis, accounting, or a related field
• Genuine interest in client and partner engagement beyond just data analysis
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Experience with reconciliation is a plus, but not mandatory
• Background in fast-paced environments such as SaaS or fintech is beneficial
