Recovery Analyst
Job Summary
Analyzing the performance of the recovery system for Lending, the full-time remote Recovery Analyst will detect risk, engage with merchants, structure payment plans, and measure performance across the recovery funnel.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze the end-to-end recovery process design, from outreach to payment/settlement completion
- Lead requirements gathering across multiple teams and ensure comprehensive data capture of critical program elements
- Design and implement business rules for ticket creation, prioritization, and merchant segmentation
Required qualifications
- Experience in lending, credit, fintech, or financial services
- Expertise in process mapping and maintaining detailed workflows and system diagrams
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in relational databases and large datasets
- Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools to create dashboards for senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in designing and tracking KPIs for operational or risk processes
