Recovery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Manager responsible for managing collection efforts on delinquent payments for consumer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and train employees to achieve departmental results while adhering to policies
• Coordinate collection activities and strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
• Analyze reports and present monthly KPI results to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of collections experience in progressively responsible roles
• 2 years of experience in people management
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is beneficial
