Recovery Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the Recovery team in the Account Servicing department, the full-time remote Recovery Manager will manage collection efforts on secured and unsecured accounts, drive training and process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulations while managing external vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and reporting of the Recovery team, managing collection efforts across delinquency stages
• Onboard and monitor external recovery vendors, analyzing performance and ensuring alignment with recovery goals
• Review and approve recovery actions, while participating in continuous process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field or 3 years in collections, recovery, or financial services
• Experience with secured and unsecured accounts as an originating creditor preferred
• Prior experience managing external recovery vendors is strongly preferred
