Recovery Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Resolution Specialist to join their Yield Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare collection letters and ensure they are sent to providers within established guidelines
• Follow up on outstanding claims by contacting providers and verifying claim statuses
• Investigate claim disputes and provide accurate information and documentation to facilitate recovery

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent education
• 1 to 3 years of prior collections or customer service experience required
• Billing or coding experience preferred
• Required knowledge of Microsoft applications
