Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Resolution Specialist to join their Yield Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send collection letters to providers following established guidelines
• Follow up on outstanding claims by contacting providers to verify receipt and obtain status
• Investigate claim disputes and escalate issues as needed while providing necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent education
• 1 to 3 years of prior collections or customer service experience required
• Billing or coding experience preferred
• Required knowledge of Microsoft applications
