A company is looking for a Recovery Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calculation and recovery of offsets, settlements, and overpayments of disability claims
• Collaborate with vendors and claims case managers to resolve issues and improve efficiencies
• Analyze complex financial payments and negotiate settlements while adhering to guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-1+ years of claims experience with an Associate's Degree or above, or 2-3 years of relevant claims experience without a degree
• Ability to navigate multiple systems/databases/software
• Research and data entry experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
