Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to reduce charge-offs and increase recoveries
• Utilize effective questioning techniques and skip tracing tools to negotiate payment terms
• Document all account activity and ensure compliance with FDCPA standards and company policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• One year of collection experience for Specialist I, three years for Specialist II
• One year of call center experience for Specialist I, three years for Specialist II
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools
