A company is looking for a Recovery Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact borrowers to establish payment arrangements and resolve delinquencies
• Negotiate payment plans and educate borrowers on the seriousness of their outstanding accounts
• Update borrower account information and perform collection activities

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service, collection, and general work experience preferred
