Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recovery strategy across all delinquency stages
• Design automation-first workflows, leveraging decision engines and AI
• Build and track performance metrics to inform underwriting decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in recovery strategy within fintech or digital lending
• Strong analytical capability with familiarity in recovery metrics
• Proven experience in building and optimizing automated recovery workflows
• Strong technical fluency and comfort with data and AI
• Experience in setting KPIs and managing performance
