A company is looking for a Recovery Manager to build and scale a modern data-driven Recovery function.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recovery strategy across all delinquency stages
• Design automation-first workflows using decision engines, AI, and segmentation
• Build and track performance metrics to inform underwriting and recovery strategies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in recovery strategy within fintech or related fields
• Strong analytical capability with familiarity in recovery metrics
• Proven experience in building and optimizing automated recovery workflows
• Strong technical fluency and comfort with data and AI applications
• Experience in setting KPIs and managing operational team performance
