Recovery Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Supervisor responsible for managing claims audit data and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage team performance by setting standards, measuring results, and providing feedback
• Analyze claims data and produce evaluative reports to ensure accuracy in revenue cycle data
• Handle escalated requests and lead initiatives as assigned by management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the medical or insurance field with a focus on claims processing
• 2+ years of supervisory or project management experience preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines and ICD-10 coding guidelines as applicable
