Job Summary
To oversee the workflow and activities related to complex claims resolution and revenue cycle management, the full-time Recovery Supervisor will manage a remote team, ensuring performance standards are met while investigating escalated issues and monitoring business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily tasks and manage workflow of the recovery and revenue cycle management team
- Investigate and respond to escalated or complex issues while assisting the team with customer inquiries
- Monitor and analyze reports related to aging activity, accounts receivable, and cash to revenue
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of medical billing, recovery, or revenue cycle management experience
