Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to source and screen applicants for high-volume and entry-level positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates using various methods including job boards, cold-calling, and networking
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates while collaborating with hiring managers
  • Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and document employment recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
