Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to source and screen applicants for high-volume and entry-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using various methods including job boards, cold-calling, and networking
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates while collaborating with hiring managers
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and document employment recommendations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of recruitment and employment practices
- Ability to assess candidates effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
