Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Recruiter, the full-time remote position will focus on sourcing and closing exceptional talent across Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A while enhancing onboarding processes and lightweight people systems as the company grows.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit exceptional candidates by personally sourcing, assessing, and closing for critical roles
• Build a proactive sourcing engine to reach passive candidates and create effective hiring processes
• Develop onboarding programs and lightweight systems for feedback, performance, and career development

Required qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting technical talent in a high-growth technology environment
• Strong understanding of developer tools, infrastructure, or deeply technical products
• Ability to build relationships and earn credibility with technical leaders
• Experience in creating effective onboarding and performance systems
• Demonstrated ability to challenge hiring processes and maintain high talent standards
