Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the hybrid Recruiter (1099) will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across multiple departments
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
  • Source candidates through various channels and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms
  • Knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance basics (EEOC, FCRA)
