Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment initiative, the full-time remote Recruiter 2 will source candidates for entry-level cloud and technical roles, build talent pipelines, and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for entry-level cloud, infrastructure, and distributed systems roles
• Build and maintain pipelines of early-career cloud and technical talent, including interns and entry-level professionals
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments and technical recruiting initiatives
• Proven ability to identify and attract cloud and technical talent
• Experience managing recruiting workflows from sourcing through interview coordination
• Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
