Job Summary
To support high-volume recruiting efforts, the fully remote Recruiter 2 will source and engage candidates for early-career technical positions, screen qualifications, and manage candidate communications throughout the recruiting lifecycle on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates for intern and entry-level technical roles
- Screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit for open positions
- Manage candidate communications and coordinate progression through the hiring process
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience in high-volume recruiting environments, particularly for technical positions
- Proven ability to build and manage candidate pipelines for technical talent
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Ability to assess basic technical alignment for roles in Software Engineering, AI, or Cloud
