Job Summary

To support high-volume recruiting efforts, the fully remote Recruiter 2 will source candidates for entry-level security and technical roles, build talent pipelines, and manage candidate communications throughout the recruiting lifecycle on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Source and identify candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn and ATS platforms
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for early-career security and technical talent
  • Screen and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications and alignment with role requirements
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting environments, particularly for cybersecurity or related roles
  • Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline generation experience
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Experience managing recruiting workflows from sourcing through candidate progression
