Job Summary

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of recruiting experience, including 1+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting
Experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, GEM, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to move with urgency, transparency, and intention in driving pipelines and closing requisitions
Passion for the mission of helping individuals find high-quality, affordable mental healthcare
