Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or equivalent
- Experience in writing job descriptions and posting on job boards
- Ability to negotiate salaries and communicate compensation plans effectively
- Knowledge of compensation and employment regulations for Federal contracting
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
