Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve outcomes

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high volume role
  • Ability to source 100+ quality candidates per week while managing the full life cycle
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for junior to mid-level management positions
  • Global hiring experience is a huge plus
