A company is looking for a Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and post job ads while reviewing resumes and screening candidates
• Schedule interviews and skills tests, conducting interviews via Zoom
• Maintain data in the recruiting database and assist with employee development and training workshops

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, and hiring
• Passion for recruitment and human resources
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
• A reliable workstation with necessary equipment for remote work
