Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and post job ads while reviewing resumes and screening candidates
- Schedule interviews and skills tests, conducting interviews via Zoom
- Maintain data in the recruiting database and assist with employee development and training workshops
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, and hiring
- Passion for recruitment and human resources
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
- Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
- A reliable workstation with necessary equipment for remote work
