Key Responsibilities

• Drive the candidate management process and solidify the offer process with hiring managers
• Source prospective candidates using various platforms and determine job specifications
• Conduct pre-screen interviews and manage the hiring process for selected candidates

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or Human Resources
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
