Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including role intake, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Proactively identify and engage top talent through various sourcing methods
Key Requirements
  • 2-4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Able to build trust and credibility with clients and candidates
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
