Key Responsibilities:

• Manage talent acquisition by posting jobs, screening applicants, and coordinating the interview process
• Strategize recruitment processes by collaborating with leadership and creating effective recruiting tactics
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling interviews and attending recruiting events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred
• Five years of direct technical recruiting experience managing all phases of the process
• Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative
• Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Staffing agency experience is a plus
