Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement full lifecycle recruiting processes and strategies while managing stakeholder relationships
  • Source passive candidates and maintain a pipeline of future candidates through networking and informational interviews
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and create reports for Talent and People Operations leadership
Required Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 3+ years of Recruiting or Recruiting Operations experience, with at least 1 year of full lifecycle Recruiting experience
  • 5+ years of experience with advanced research and sourcing skills is preferred
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Ashby or Greenhouse
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is a plus
