Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Draft and post job ads, review resumes, and screen candidates
Schedule interviews, conduct interviews via Zoom, and administer skills tests
Maintain the recruiting database and assist with employee development and training workshops

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, and hiring
Passion for recruitment and human resources
Ability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
Outgoing and friendly disposition
Reliable workstation with necessary equipment for remote work
