Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process and drive hiring across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own 2-5 active roles at once, driving 2+ hires per month
• Lead job kickoffs, create job descriptions, and support interview plans
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, enhancing candidate experience and reducing time-to-fill

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced, scaling company
• Proven ability to hire for individual contributor and mid-to-senior level roles
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
