Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms and maintain job postings
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews
- Maintain the recruitment database and generate reports on recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
- Proficiency in recruitment tools such as iCIMS, Indeed.com, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
