Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms and maintain job postings
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain the recruitment database and generate reports on recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools such as iCIMS, Indeed.com, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
