Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant recruitment or HR experience
• Knowledge of employment laws such as EEO, ADA, and FMLA
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively
