Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and attract top talent across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across regions
  • Source and build talent pipelines using effective global job boards and sourcing channels
  • Schedule and conduct initial candidate interviews and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Proven experience in global sourcing, preferably in services, BPO operations, and IT environments
  • Strong exposure to recruiting across APAC, LATAM, and EMEA regions
  • Solid understanding of technology and technical roles, particularly within the SaaS space
  • Experience working with outsourcing companies
