Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and attract top talent across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across regions
- Source and build talent pipelines using effective global job boards and sourcing channels
- Schedule and conduct initial candidate interviews and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Proven experience in global sourcing, preferably in services, BPO operations, and IT environments
- Strong exposure to recruiting across APAC, LATAM, and EMEA regions
- Solid understanding of technology and technical roles, particularly within the SaaS space
- Experience working with outsourcing companies
