Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to achieve Talent Acquisition objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates for job openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Consults with and advises hiring managers on sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation
- Manages the full execution of the recruitment process, including screening and interviewing candidates
- Maintains relationships with candidates and develops tools to support effective recruiting strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other HR experience preferred
- Strong knowledge and understanding of employment laws
- Experience utilizing a talent management system
