Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to achieve Talent Acquisition objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates for job openings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consults with and advises hiring managers on sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation
  • Manages the full execution of the recruitment process, including screening and interviewing candidates
  • Maintains relationships with candidates and develops tools to support effective recruiting strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other HR experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of employment laws
  • Experience utilizing a talent management system
