Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for tech and non-tech roles, managing sourcing, screening, and candidate communication
• Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers to scope roles and enhance the candidate funnel
• Source and engage top-tier passive talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for priority roles

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles
• Experience in a smaller, high-growth company with early recruiting processes
• Ability to tailor approaches for one-off or niche searches
• Proactive in building candidate pipelines rather than waiting for inbound applications
• Familiarity with recruiting tools like Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, and ModernLoop is a plus
