Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to play a foundational role in building its team and shaping its culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for tech and non-tech roles, managing sourcing, screening, and candidate communication
- Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers to scope roles and enhance the candidate funnel
- Source and engage top-tier passive talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for priority roles
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles
- Experience in a smaller, high-growth company with early recruiting processes
- Ability to tailor approaches for one-off or niche searches
- Proactive in building candidate pipelines rather than waiting for inbound applications
- Familiarity with recruiting tools like Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, and ModernLoop is a plus
