Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to support the growth of its HQ team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and manage timelines
• Source and engage candidates through various platforms and outreach methods
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate experience through to offer

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in-house
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels
• Proficient in using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong sourcing skills and confident in candidate communication
• Organized and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
