A company is looking for a Recruiter to support the growth of its HQ team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and manage timelines
• Source and engage candidates through various channels
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, managing the candidate experience throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of recruiting experience (in-house preferred)
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels
• Proficient in using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong sourcing skills and confident in candidate communication
• Organized and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
