A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage hiring efforts across global brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for global teams
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
• Execute proactive outreach to build diverse talent pipelines

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in-house
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing candidates in tech or digital media
• Experience with global recruitment and remote team collaboration
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Jobvite, Greenhouse, Lever) and Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
