Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and lead full life cycle recruiting efforts
• Identify and attract high-quality talent through creative sourcing strategies and networking
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications

• HS Diploma/Equivalent plus 6+ years relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience recruiting using Indeed and other social media channels
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage a high requisition load in a fast-paced environment
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
