Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from consultation with hiring managers to onboarding
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to refine strategies and improve hiring outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant recruiting experience
• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in competitive or specialized markets
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex hiring processes and multi-stakeholder recruitment efforts
• Strong expertise in sourcing and networking strategies, including proficiency with applicant tracking systems
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis to inform strategy and drive improvements
