Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations
• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 4-6+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for healthcare administration services or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage requisitions
• Proficiency with common office software and ATS systems
