• Utilize various recruitment methods, including phone, social media, and networking; possible travel may be required

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter
• BA/BS in human resources, business, or a related field
• Proficient with applicant tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment law
