Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter who will play a key role in shaping the talent strategy by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with department leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies for current and future hiring needs
  • Source top talent using various platforms and manage the full-cycle recruiting process
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates while tracking recruitment metrics
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate and agency environments
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools
  • Demonstrated success in filling technical and specialized roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
