Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, offer acceptance, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies
  • Source candidates internationally and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Required Qualifications
  • Proven end-to-end recruiting experience
  • Experience in hiring tech talent on an international scale
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong sourcing capabilities in competitive markets
  • Experience in Web3, infrastructure, or startup environments is a plus
