Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, offer acceptance, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies
- Source candidates internationally and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Required Qualifications
- Proven end-to-end recruiting experience
- Experience in hiring tech talent on an international scale
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong sourcing capabilities in competitive markets
- Experience in Web3, infrastructure, or startup environments is a plus
