Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their Recruiting Department in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the selection process including requisition management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting, performing extensive screening and vetting of candidates
• Collaborate with hiring teams and create interview guides to facilitate competency-based interviews

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field required
• Two years of experience in a high-volume recruiting environment required
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint required
• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may substitute for education
• Experience with Task Order staffing and government contract recruiting is a plus
