Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their Recruiting Department in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the selection process including requisition management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, performing extensive screening and vetting of candidates
- Collaborate with hiring teams and create interview guides to facilitate competency-based interviews
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field required
- Two years of experience in a high-volume recruiting environment required
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint required
- Equivalent years of relevant work experience may substitute for education
- Experience with Task Order staffing and government contract recruiting is a plus
