Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent advisor and manage the Sales hiring funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a consultative partner to Sales Leadership, providing market intelligence and influencing hiring decisions
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-impact Sales roles, from discovery sessions to offer negotiations
- Identify hiring funnel bottlenecks and leverage metrics to improve Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, and Diversity Slate health
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical work experience
- 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of hiring quota-carrying sales professionals
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and a proactive approach to talent acquisition
- High proficiency with modern recruiting tools such as CRM and ATS
