Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and collaborate with leadership to meet staffing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including strategy development, candidate sourcing, and offer management
- Coordinate the interview process and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for effective candidate flow
- Develop relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience and compliance with hiring policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate setting
- Experience with unique sourcing strategies for challenging positions
- Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workday
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
