Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and collaborate with leadership to meet staffing goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including strategy development, candidate sourcing, and offer management
  • Coordinate the interview process and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for effective candidate flow
  • Develop relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience and compliance with hiring policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate setting
  • Experience with unique sourcing strategies for challenging positions
  • Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workday
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
