A company is looking for a Recruiter to join a federal contracting organization in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment, including planning, sourcing, and executing all stages of the recruitment process
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and effectively manage candidates
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent and track candidate data accurately

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience in federal/government recruiting
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Workday
