Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to find, interview, and hire sales and customer care talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through various channels, including inbound applications and proactive outreach
  • Conduct a high volume of interviews and manage the onboarding process for new hires
  • Build partnerships with hiring managers and educational institutions to enhance recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and online sourcing; familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
  • Understanding of employment trends and talent data in relevant markets
  • High school diploma or GED required; BA degree preferred
  • Experience in intern, college, or entry-level recruiting is advantageous
