Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to find, interview, and hire sales and customer care talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels, including inbound applications and proactive outreach
- Conduct a high volume of interviews and manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Build partnerships with hiring managers and educational institutions to enhance recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and online sourcing; familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
- Understanding of employment trends and talent data in relevant markets
- High school diploma or GED required; BA degree preferred
- Experience in intern, college, or entry-level recruiting is advantageous
